Delete your Woofgrove account

You can delete your account and everything we keep about it at any time:

1. In the app or on the website: open your account (the person icon on the home screen), then tap Delete my account and confirm.
2. By email: write to hello@craftoftech.com from the email address of your account, and we will delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your sign-in, your public name and country, your stars on every level, your daily challenge attempts and results (including leaderboard entries) and the fair-play records of your games. Progress saved on your device is cleared when you delete from that device.

What is kept

Feedback you sent is not linked to your account and stays (it holds no personal details unless you wrote some). Server logs are kept for up to 30 days for security, then removed.
